Traditional offline map update is a huge cost and PND users won't update maps until replacing for a new one. But on P8, offline map update is totally free!

As *AC-P8AC12 connects to car battery, P8 activates within seconds when it detects a sudden collision or bump, capturing critical 20-second video clip. It won't be overwritten, ensuring important footage is protected. A reliable witness for accident even when you are away. In standby mode,the required current is less than 10mA, no need to worry about power consumption.

With the adjustable front camera installed separately, you can view a perfect and stable front view even when moving P8 around or tilting it slightly. Besides, you can play back the recorded clips on the 7 inch big screen directly when in disputes.

In blinding conditions, use the AC-44F6 Wireless Remote to see the road on P8's 7-inch screen. Night-Vision ensures clear visibility of license plates and other important markers, even in the dark.

Feel confident with the built-in Gravity sensor. It automatically identifies incidents and locks videos as "Events" when it detects sudden changes in gravity(e.g. in a clash). You can also manually lock videos to preserve important moments. These locked videos won't be overwritten, allowing you to export them for permanent storage.

Even if P8's power is abruptly cut off in an accident, the built-in capacitor ensures that the recorded video is saved and safeguarded.

With a built-in light sensor, P8 smartly adapts screen brightness according to surrounding lights. The screen becomes dimmer when you drive from bright sunlight to a tunnel and lighter when into the sunlight again. We offer this upgraded function because we can’t imagine the potential danger of diverting you from the road for 3 seconds to manually adjust brightness while driving at high speeds.
